A Season of Symptoms
Nurses With Heart is excited to add another home health hint to our video blog – every week we will be posting a short video related to staying safe and healthy at home. This week is our third part in a series of videos all about staying healthy during flu season – this week we review cold and flu symptoms!
The flu season usually peaks from January to February, and along with an increase in colds, this makes for several months of high susceptibility to getting sick. Last week we reviewed the importance of getting your annual vaccination. In the video below, we review what happens if you get sick and how to tell the difference in symptoms between the cold and flu.
