Nurses With Heart is excited to add another home health hint to our video blog – every week we will be posting a short video related to staying safe and healthy at home. This week we talk about how to get into getting active, as it does not need to be complicated and overwhelming  – check it out!

Being active throughout life is critical to health of both body and mind. But, as the “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” It is easy to get overwhelmed by the idea of exercising, especially when there are so many options available. In the video below, we talk about a few ways for seniors to get active without getting overwhelmed by the process.
