Just like in previous weeks, when we talked about the importance of hydration and of proper nutrition with regards to protein, your body needs an adequate amount of sleep to function properly. Rest allows your body to heal itself, restore chemical balances, and helps with memory retention. But what happens when you do not get enough? And how can you set yourself up for satisfying slumber?
