Nurses With Heart is excited to add another home health hint to our video blogs! Every week we will be posting a short video related to staying safe and healthy at home. This week we discuss your New Year’s resolutions and how to keep those health goals.

Making a New Year’s resolution is a great way to make a positive change in your life. Most people make resolutions related to self-improvement, particularly weight loss or improving your diet. But, it’s very rare you’ll keep your resolutions for the whole year – approximately 80% of resolutions fail by the end of February! As we are in that critical period, here are a couple of hints to help you meet your health goals. Thanks for watching!
