Just like our vlog about water, protein is extremely important to your everyday health. It plays a part in just about every bodily element and function, from organs, tissues, muscles, to hormones. Proteins found in foods are used by every part of the body to develop, grow and function properly. This is why it is critical to ensure that you are eating enough on a daily basis. However, it can be confusing to know where to find this nutrient and how much of it to eat.
