Cold & Flu Season Tips
Nurses With Heart is excited to add another home health hint to our video blog – every week we will be posting a short video related to staying safe and healthy at home. This week is the first part in our month-long series of videos all about staying healthy during cold and flu season.
Adults typically get an average of two to four colds per year, mostly between September and May. The flu season usually peaks from January to February, which makes for several months of high susceptibility to getting sick. While it may seem difficult to avoid those who are ill, there are ways to help bolster your health. In the video below, we discuss some tips for keeping healthy during these times of peak illness.
